If your businesses is accepted into the program, you will begin your journey by submitting a Growth Assessment with our virtual Business Growth Assistant, Jen. After creating an account and viewing their results, you will be connected with a Growth Facilitator who will help you to build a comprehensive Growth Action Plan. Your Growth Facilitator will meet with you regularly virtually to ensure you stay on track to achieve your Growth Action Plan so you can successfully graduate from the program and transition to the next phase of growth.
The role of a Growth Facilitator is to provide support, accountability and guidance throughout the Ready for Growth program. They will act as a sounding board as you work towards your growth goals.
A Growth Facilitator will provide:
Each participant will build a Growth Action Plan with their Growth Facilitator. The Growth Action Plan is a comprehensive document that will capture the vision for the growth of your business, establish business goals and identify obstacles preventing growth and how challenges can be overcome. The Growth Facilitator will also provide information on government grants and programs that may also support growth of your business.
The Growth Action Plan will capture any obstacles the business currently faces. This will be based on the Growth Assessment.
Program participants will discuss their vision for growth and set SMART business goals that they want to achieve, including actions to help you to overcome obstacles.
Through this process the Growth Facilitator will identify the support required for the business to achieve its Growth Action Plans.
A helpful list of government grants, programs and services will be provided to further support the business.
Alumni members are encouraged to attend face to face or virtual networking events, ask questions in our online community, connect with other Ready for Growth program participants and share their successes with like-minded peers.
