Ready for Growth
Ready for Growth is a Victorian Government initiative, delivered by Business Victoria in partnership with BDO Australia, that will support 1,000 Victorian businesses with high growth potential to grow their business, access new markets and create jobs. Participating businesses will receive tailored advice from a Growth Facilitator to help them plan and achieve growth.
Ready for Growth assists Victorian businesses to grow and succeed. Program participants will complete a Growth Assessment and, based on their results, be provided with a Growth Potential Snapshot. Ready for Growth participants will be supported by a Growth Facilitator who will meet with them regularly for up to seven hours to further develop their Growth Action Plan and monitor business growth. Upon program completion, graduates will receive access to the Alumni Network where they will be connected to peers within their industry.
Program participants will attend several one-on-one virtual meetings with a Growth Facilitator to develop a Growth Action Plan to achieve their business goals. Participants will be kept accountable to their plans through regular check-ins.
