With state-of-the-art facilities and sophisticated design capabilities, Footwork Podiatric Laboratory is a manufacturer of custom foot orthotics located in Keysborough.

Rhys Pierce and Jess Steinberg, senior managers at Footwork, started the Ready for Growth program in June 2022. At the time, Rhys and Jess identified financial strategy as an element of the business that needed improvement.

They had experienced several complications associated with COVID-19 including overseas logistics and staff changes.

Working with their Growth Facilitator, they were able to implement measures to ultimately improve their financial position.
