Pared Designs, founded by Samantha Stevenson-Baker and Ed Baker in 2012, is a Melbourne-based eyewear brand known for its premium, wearable, and unique designs. Their collections draw inspiration from travel, art, and architecture, embodying the spirited nature of their wearers.

Participating in the Ready for Growth program, Pared Designs had three outcomes in mind. They aimed to establish clear goals and regular accountability meetings, expand strategic partnerships locally and internationally, and access additional funding for brand growth.

Ed and his team achieved a lot since starting the program, including securing retail collaborations, and adjusting expectations for sales growth. They successfully completed their management reporting framework, enabling effective monitoring of their business performance. Launching a new website with a mini rebrand and e-commerce marketing strategy further strengthened their online presence.

Working with their Ready for Growth facilitator, Pared Designs made significant progress in building their brand and expanding collaborations. Setting detailed goals, developing a robust reporting system, and executing their strategies positioned them for continued growth.

Looking forward, Pared Designs will continue to explore partnership opportunities and funding sources to fuel their expansion.
