During their participation in the Ready for Growth program, Paarhammer set ambitious outcome goals and SMART goals to drive their growth. They aimed to hire new talent, access government grants and offsets, and expand their market reach. Despite weather-related challenges impacting their hiring plans, they successfully hired one apprentice and leveraged the R&D Incentive program for three projects, exceeding $100k in value.

While facing some challenges in accessing specific grants and incentives, Paarhammer remained proactive in seeking opportunities. They explored Passive House courses to raise brand awareness, networked at expos, and fostered collaborations with award-winning architects and building companies. Although they did not qualify for certain grants, such as those for extending business premises, they maximized the available R&D Incentive program.
