Branach, a leading ladder safety solutions provider based in Australia, started the program with ambitious goals to expand its international presence, particularly in the European market. With a portion of their sales already coming from overseas customers, Branach recognized the immense potential for growth in Europe.

The key challenge for Branach, like many small businesses, was prioritizing strategic initiatives amidst numerous opportunities with limited resources. To overcome this challenge, Branach participated in the Ready for Growth program, which provided the necessary guidance and support to convert strategic thinking into actionable plans. Through the program, Oliver leveraged the expertise and international contacts of their Growth Facilitator. One notable achievement was securing a grant to support their export ambitions, a direct result of their Growth Facilitator's recommendation. This grant significantly accelerated Branach's international aims, enabling them to explore new markets and expand their distribution.

Oliver and his team were able to move forward with their business case and actions plan to expand into Germany. Branach is well positioned to keep expanding their global customer base.
