Ready for Growth participant carbonTRACK’s build technology to create positive change. They see technology as an enabler, empowering people to live better and more sustainable lives.

Spiros Livadaras, carbonTRACK co-founder and Managing Director, started the Ready for Growth program in May 2022. In conjunction with the allocated Growth Facilitator, Spiros set the following growth outcomes: find resources to scale for growth in Australia and in the United Kingdom (UK), find Government support for local manufacturing and develop more governance to drive stronger enterprise value.

Their overarching growth goal was to expand and grow in the UK. Executing capability was the key challenge for them at the start of the program. Since the Ready for Growth Program has finished, they have now employed a UK–based COO and are planning to move several Australian staff over there for 12 months to ensure successful execution.
